HGCI just wrapped up the renovation of Welltower's flagship Sr. Living facility, Coventry in the heart of San Francisco. The 5 story renovation was completed with the residents in place and minimal disruption to day to day operations. HGCI continues to preform as the dominant Sr Housing contractor in the Bay Area.
