San Francisco bay area based HGCI Design/build group was recently awarded another large tenant improvement contract of approximately 5 million in construction for repeat high end client Welltower LLC group at their hallmark Senior Care Facility in Walnut Creek, California. HGCI received this newest contract award based on HGCI’s excellent performance on other Welltower LLC’s important San Francisco properties. HGCI is slated to start soon and complete the work by mid 2019.
